Joining CSNZ

Who is CSNZ?

CSNZ is an interest group (not a technical specialisation group), with our common interest being business, rather than a focus on a specific technical practice (eg. Cadastral Surveying, etc) just business.

Our Purpose is ‘To support our members achieve business excellence’. 

We focus on: 

• Connecting people and organisations through developing relationships and support networks
• Supporting our members with resources – i.e. practice manual, templates, proforma documents 
• Providing management and leadership best practices guidance through education and events like the Annual Workshop and webinars
• Advocacy support - traditionally this has been delivered by lobbying and working through other entities. 

Why join CSNZ?

CSNZ has been running since 1975 and it is a very supportive environment and place where business owners get together to learn and share ideas. The Workshop is our flagship event and is a place where we come together and attend sessions over three days however the real magic happens in between and after the sessions where we get together to compare notes, share ideas, and generally help each other resolve our business needs. Other benefits of joining CSNZ are access to resources available, the ability to participate in the annual salary survey and practice review and attend area meetings that CSNZ members organise.
