LINZ Landonline Refresher Training

The video is targeted to the active users of Landonline and will cover:

• Landonline refresher training;
• Requisitions relating to the Landonline application;
• Common customer calls received by Landonline Application Specialists;
• Problems customers encounter with Landonline functionality;
• Tips and hints.

Presenters:

Miriam McKone is currently a Senior Landonline Application Specialist (Survey) at Land Information New Zealand. She has been involved with Landonline from Day 1 and continues to have a big hand in developing and enhancing this world leading application. Miriam is one of those helpful voices on the end of the phone surveyors talk to when problems get too hard for everyone else.

Mark Goodin has recently been appointed as a Cadastral Surveyor at Land Information New Zealand. He has spent the majority of his career in the private sector operating as a Licensed Cadastral Surveyor for a multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy. Mark was an original adopter of Landonline but he admits he is still learning and gaining insight into the application. He is passionate about reducing the CSD requisition rate and hopes that sharing these insights with other Landonline users, will go some way to achieving that.
