Masterclass Seminar - Auckland - Urban Design - 28 May 14

This seminar will explore the economics of development and ask what makes subdivisions most profitable. The relationship between population demographics such as household occupancy and household needs being translated into various categories of density will be explored along with other factors such as: cultural attachment to varying house typologies and configurations.

The importance of housing choices and how the market is responding in developments with neighbourhood layouts and density will also be discussed.
