Background:

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Licensed Cadastral Surveyor to join a busy team working on a broad variety of rural and urban projects. Our client is a small but highly respected practice which is experiencing steady and sustained growth. They have many existing projects and more in the pipeline, giving the business a real energy buzz. They are based in Manawatu but have projects between the Coromandel and Wellington and many places in between.

Skills and Experience:

In addition to holding a current CSLB practicing certificate, the ideal candidate would have the following:

  • 10 years post graduate experience
  • High attention to detail
  • Skills in subdivision consent planning and processes
  • Skills in land development engineering design & monitoring
  • Proven client management experience
  • Experience in managing & mentoring junior staff
  • Competency in 12d & AutoCAD software
  • Familiarity with Leica GNSS & robotic Total Stations
  • Interest in the latest surveying technologies
