The Ministry of Lands, Housing and Survey. Soloman Islands is seeking a Strata Titles Surveyor for a short term assignment to provide technical assistance following the passing of the Strata Titles Act in August 2018. Survey and Spatial NZ are helping the Ministry with the advertising of the position and the selection process.
The role is expected to be for 4-6 weeks in the first or second quarter of 2019. The successful candidate will provide training to Ministry of Lands and private surveyors on how to plan and survey for strata subdivisions of existing and proposed developments. Candidates must have operational knowledge and experience of either the New Zealand or Australian strata titles systems. Further information can be found in the Terms of Reference.
