Our Survey Team is part of the Technical Services and Design Unit who are an in-house shared service comprised of technical and design professionals responsible for providing specialist advice and services across the Council.
The Survey Team deliver a diverse range of engineering and cadastral survey services in support of both capital and operational projects, which contribute to the growth and success of our City. To be successful, it is essential you hold a current Cadastral Licence and have a thorough understanding of the Canterbury Property Boundaries and Related Matters Act as you will be responsible for lodging cadastral survey datasets with Land Information New Zealand.
