SUBDIVISION PROJECT MANAGER
We are looking for people with project management and/or land development skills to manage our client’s subdivision process. You will take control of the client relationship from initial advice right through to the issue of titles by efficiently managing client expectations and expert consultants/contractors who contribute to the project.
You can be based at any of our offices in Tauranga, Whitianga, Thames, Paeroa, Morrinsville and Putaruru and will work on projects based in these regions.
LICENSED CADASTRAL SURVEYOR
We are looking for a motivated Licensed Cadastral Surveyor with at least 2 years post licensing experience that is interested in playing a key role in our continued growth. You will work on projects sourced through our offices in Tauranga, Whitianga, Thames, Paeroa, Morrinsville and Putaruru.
SURVEY TECHNICIAN
We are looking for Experienced Survey Technicians that are interested in being part of a progressive team, capable of working independently on a variety of projects. Positions are available in our Whitianga, Paeroa or Morrinsville offices, working over the Waikato, Coromandel and Bay of Plenty.
