Survey and Spatial New Zealand Board Member
(must be a Voting member of S+SNZ)
At the 2018 Annual General Meeting, Andrew Stirling will be stepping down as Survey and Spatial New Zealand Board Chair. Daniel Williams will be taking up the Board Chair role.
The Board is responsible to Council and the membership for the medium-term health and prosperity of S+SNZ, in accordance with the Strategic Plan objectives and vision. The board monitors management’s performance on behalf of the S+SNZ Council and stakeholders.
In addition to core skills of commercial experience, governance, risk management and strategic planning, the Board requires a person with a broad understanding of the surveying and spatial profession.
Particular areas of expertise that would make a valuable contribution to the Board at this stage include a strong professional background and awareness of value propositions for the sector.
