The last decade of open GIS data has been fantastic for geospatial practitioners who now have access to an ever-
growing range of datasets and imagery for use in GIS projects. The catalogue of open data at data.govt.nz now has several thousand datasets available in an array of data formats, including types that we can live stream without downloading.
