International Land Measurement Standards

NZIS has been part of a FIG sub-committee for many years that has looked into International Land Measurement Standards (ILMS). Our representative on that panel is Ricky Schamall from Harrison Grierson in Auckland. Matters are progressing and Ricky has come back to us with a report that also directs members towards a consultation draft of the standards that is available on their website. They are inviting feedback until 28 February 2018 (we are trying to extend that date). Read her report and look at the draft consultation document and feel free to make a submission or contact her – details in the report, or NZIS with any questions.
