LINZ Exception Process | Session 2 [Webinar] - Water and Irregular Boundaries

Presented by the LINZ Spatial and Requests Team this webinar aims to facilitate education and discussion relating to the use of the Landonline Exception Process (‘the process’) to resolve data issues involving water and irregular boundaries.

Water and irregular boundary definition and depiction is always a complex issue with no two situations being identical. Add to that the varying accuracy of the existing data in Landonline and there exists a myriad of potential issues for surveyors. This webinar aims to unlock some of these issues and begin a discussion concerning appropriate solutions and how to communicate these issues effectively.

We will be incorporating some data capture solutions for dealing with mandatory missed marks along irregular boundaries and constructing accretion and erosion parcels.

Attendees will be shown the latest support information available on the LINZ website and also have the opportunity to submit questions during the session.

This webinar is aimed at surveyors and users of Landonline who create survey datasets - Water and irregular boundaries.
