Survey and Spatial New Zealand (S+SNZ) is currently seeking expressions of interest for Governance Committee Members.
The Governance Committee has an important role in ensuring the Board and Council operate successfully and that there is sufficient talent available for the governing bodies to be efficient and successful. It consists of the President, Board Chair and up to four members who are independent of the Council and Board.
The committee is looking for candidates who are representative of the surveying and spatial profession with a healthy awareness of current driving forces for the profession. This is a chance to support the growth, innovation and excellence aspirations S+SNZ and to influence the role of the organisation on behalf of members.
Previous governance experience and evidence of leadership skills will be helpful for this role.
