Developing Leadership Through Public Speaking

Leadership skills are essential for career development and business management - this session will provide you with ideas on how to be more persuasive in your interactions and provide tools for facilitating difficult discussions.

A core soft skill of the leadership toolbox is public speaking. Often viewed as only standing up and speaking to 10 or more people, public speaking skills are used everyday.

By embracing the variety of skills on a daily basis, the opportunity to speak to large groups, lead meetings and teams will become more natural and fluent. New opportunities to demonstrate leadership will be a natural progression.
