Michelle has 30 years experience providing surveying, planning and land development engineering consultancy services at a technical, project management and business management level. Michelle's area of expertise lies in resource management for urban and rural land development, engineering design and the project management of land developments projects. Michelle's experience and expertise in project management and team co-ordination on significant land development projects has resulted in many successful projects and positive client relationships. Michelle's outstanding project management skills, excellent relationship with fellow professionals and Council officers combined with a pool of highly skilled Cato Bolam professionals ensures that the best team is selected on a project by project basis. As a company Director and Manager of the Orewa office, Michelle assists her fellow Directors in the management of resources across three offices to provide the best possible client service.
